I walked in at 7:30 PM yesterday, shook hands and walked out with a deal 20 minutes later. Picked up the vehicle this morning at 10:00 AM and was back home before lunch.

Another great service experience

Just had my 2015 F-150 Lariat serviced and asked that two issues (water accumulating in a rear door and an intermittent beeping sound) with the truck be looked into. My truck was ready early and they corrected both issues for me. The beeping sound had been a annoyance for me and it turned out to be coming from an after-market monitoring device which I had canceled the service for, but I had forgotten to remove the device. Their technician drove the truck and figured out what was causing the beeping sound!!! I am one HAPPY CAMPER!!!

We bought two vehicles at Chatsworth Ford so far and plan to get the next ones there as well. Buying was a breeze, we got what we wanted at a good price, and service after the sale has been great. Everybody is friendly and does a great job. Service visits are fast and reasonably priced, and the multi point inspection results give me peace of mind that nothing was missed. We are totally happy with the experience we've had at Chatsworth Ford and will continue bringing our vehicles here for service.

Perry in the service department always greets me with a smile and is very professional. The Salesman, Jimmy Wilbanks and the Financial Manager, Roger Hobbs, both were the absolute BEST to deal with!! Jimmy researched our requested requirements and found us an F-150 that was exactly what we were looking for. Roger handled the financing in a very professional and personal manner. Love these guys and our experience at Chatsworth Ford!! This was our fifth purchase over the years!!

Car wash damage to Ford Explorer.

Chatsworth Ford car wash damaged my 2003 Explorer earlier this fall. I talked with Jon Kidd, showed him damage, but so far no repair has been done.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Services has Dropped!

I have used Chatsworth Ford for the last 8 + years and loved them. We would get everything there tires, batteries. However their service has dropped. I took my car to get my normal oil change and service yesterday they did not re set my oil light. They say the checked my tires and marked them in the green. My tires has 80K miles on them and 2 year ago 40k I had 2 tires in the yellow. I don't feel my car was even looked at. I will not be going back. I was looking at getting a new car however it will not come from Chatsworth Ford.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I have been dealing with them for about 25 years or more and I have nothing bad to say about them. I am a vet.in the Army that does not make me any better than anyone else but they also give you a break on prices at certain times of the year. Not all dealers do that. Tim

Chatsworth Ford Manager Jon Kidd is a joke!

Chatsworth Ford's detail shop damaged my truck and then joked about it. I was in their car wash tunnel in my Tundra earlier today, behind an unmanned vehicle that someone had dropped off to get cleaned up because they did not have time to wait. All is cool so far. At the end of the car wash (AT THE BLOW DRYERS), the unmanned truck had moved past the sensors and now their system continues to push my truck into the unmanned truck sitting at the end of the line that the employees had failed to move. So now, my truck is pushed into the truck in front of me and that truck has also been pushed into the truck in front of it. Wait, it gets better. Upon exiting my vehicle that is pinned between their system and 2 other trucks, I asked the lady attendant (older lady with longer blondish hair) what to do, and she had the nerve to yell at me. LOL! Instead of arguing, suggested that I will simply make a police report to avoid further conflict. Now, I am waiting on Murray County SO to show up so I leave my truck where the incident occurred inside the bay and proceeded on foot to the entrance of the facility to greet MCSO. Approx. 3-5 minutes later, the young kid (wearing camo rubber boots) who was checking people into the carwash entrance came and asked me to move my vehicle and I replied "As soon as Murray County gets here and we get this resolved". He walked of and proceeded to call me a "dick". Fast forward...... Jon Kidd (Manager/Owner at Chatsworth Ford) enters the picture (since Cworth Ford owns the car wash) and proceeds to ask me to move my truck because I am blocking his carwash from functioning. After a few identical words being exchanged to the tune of "After MCSO arrives", he also presumed to call me a "dick" and walk off. Now.... MCSO finally arrives, I move the truck, get the report and ask Jon Kidd how he wishes to handle the damage to the front of my truck and he replies that "he will think about it and that this would have gone smoother had I handled this differently." Wow. I will NEVER do business with Fantastic Finish or Chatsworth Ford as long as I live and I will advise as many people as I can in the next year to avoid them at all cost. It appears after reading reviews of Jon Kidd as well as Chatsworth Ford and Fantastic Finish car wash that I am not the only one who has a bad taste. Beware.

I was unhappy after purchasing a new ford edge for my wife in early summer.. We weren't really given a good rate and paperwork was drawer up as if we would just sign to get a new car.. Upon informing the rude salesman, Chris Penley, and refusing to accept terms,we were then given a decent deal. Then insult to injury we went next door to have it detailed and met an even ruder lady manager there. Was an awful cleanup,streaked ,soap clinging to the car.. My wife complained and was brushed off. I did and was told to leave the property and not come back. I informed her I would go next door to the dealership,that she was rude,offensive,and just awful for no reason.. She then laughed and stated that her husband owned the ford place and the carwash. She was the manager and would run it as she saw fit.so I left,never been back. Posted on car dealer complaints site,was approved then posted. 2 days later my posting was removed lol. They can have chatsworth ford,the wash too. Dalton's not that far.

I would not recommend this dealer.
