As we process thousands of orders each month (and grown by 100% each year) there are bound to be a few customer service hiccups along the way. Those issues account for less than half of one percent of all orders processed here. We're proud to have a high satisfaction rate. That said, we're always improving. This new space allows us that. We have 2x the capacity, state-of-the-art fiber optics for faster networking and storage, and 4x the space all to allow us to improve our service. If you have an order number I'd be glad to have our team assist you. If you're a competitor (as we have been the target of online attacks from competitors) than I'm sorry you feel the need to bring others down. Thank you for your feedback.
